All guests and staff are required to wear masks while in public areas of the terminal. This is also a municipal bylaw as of Aug. 1, 2020.

Starting July 30 at 10 a.m., all guests travelling and employees going post security will need to have their temperature checked.
YYC has doubled its terminal cleaning of all spaces to public health authority standards. We have added and continue to increase the number of hand sanitizer stations throughout the terminal and are working hard to ensure the stations are refilled with high demand. We continue to reinforce personal hygiene messaging throughout the terminal, including signage encouraging handwashing in all our washrooms and digital screens throughout the airport.

Where possible, seating has been spaced out and in other instances, seats have been closed with signage and/or tape.
We have bilingual PA messages every 30 minutes in the terminal. We also have both digital and physical signage throughout the terminal.
