  • All guests undergo a health questionnaire and screening from their airline before travel. As of July 30, 2020, all departing guests and employees going post-security will undergo a temperature check as mandated by Transport Canada and completed by Canadian Air Transport Security Authority (CATSA).

The Public Health Agency of Canada (CBSA) is monitoring guests for symptoms as they arrive in Calgary. Specific questions are asked during the customs process by the Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA), including confirming details of the guest's 14-day self-isolation plan. Following clearing customs, Alberta Health Services is taking temperatures of arriving guests and requiring and confirming their 14-day self-isolation plan.
