The airport has developed and implemented an anti covid-19 cleaning and disinfection procedure.
Cleaning and disinfection plan have been set in accordance with the Moroccan heath authority (ministry of health) requirement.
Disinfection is carried out according to a schedule and a program. it concerns the whole of the infrastructure according to a very careful breakdown. this division is based on priorities granted to areas of great influence by passengers and staff. thus, the frequency of disinfection of these areas is extremely close together, unlike the areas which only include equipment. disinfection is provided by three companies with each company assigned specific areas of the Terminal.
The protocol for disinfection of surfaces and equipment:
• Door handles and electrical switches in common areas.
• Tables and controls for elevators and freight elevators.
• Handrails for stairs in common areas.
• Faucets for social premises (breaks, kitchens, refectories, etc.).
• Counter and counters (registration, boarding, information, ticketing, etc.)
• Boarding room furniture.
• Furniture for common waiting areas.
• Areas and spaces dedicated to children (games, nursery, breastfeeding, baby corners).
• Receptacles and luggage trolleys
