At each point where a passenger facing staff is tasked, social distancing is achieved with poly carbonate separators. Should the staff could not be behind the separator, then staff required to wear face coverings.

Staff are screened for body temperature before they commence the shift/working.
Each staff posses a health status pass code which is provided by MoH. Pass code is constantly monitored by a central processor. Should staff or anybody that is affiliated with that staff are diagnosed positive or forced to quarantine, that staff is forced to isolation and kept away from service.
Pandemic Precautions Manual was reviewed and approved by Turkish Civil Aviation Authority – DGCA. As a national scheme, DGCA in coordination with MoT and MoH, established a certification process towards pandemic preventive and protective measure at the airports.
