In case a passenger presents high temperature, the COVID Suspicious case protocol will be activated in order to determine the personĀ“s condition. In case of being considered a suspicious case, the Public Health Ministry personnel will take action, including the possibility of denying the passenger to travel.

VIP lounges have implemented new procedures to ensure capacity regulations are complied with. In addition, food is provided with plastic wrappers and areas have been separated with wooden fixture to ensure physical distance.
